3) Sharing with service providers

Some data is processed by approved providers such as Firebase authentication, booking/payment partners, and analytics providers, only as needed to deliver services securely, improve the website, and measure performance.

We also use behavioral analytics, heatmap, and session replay tools to understand how visitors interact with the website so we can improve the experience and measure campaign effectiveness. We send marketing messages (by email, SMS, or WhatsApp) only if you explicitly opt in, for example by ticking the consent box when creating an account or subscribing to our newsletter. Consent is optional and never affects your ability to book. You can withdraw it at any time from your account settings, the unsubscribe link, or by contacting us. We keep a record of your consent (date and accepted terms version) in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

When you create a guest account we collect your name, email, and phone number to manage and display your bookings; this data is stored securely in our systems.

6) Behavioral analytics tools

We use behavioral analytics tools to understand how visitors use and interact with the website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This data may be collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve the site experience, improve content, measure marketing performance, and support security or abuse-prevention purposes where needed.

These tools include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel and Events API, and Microsoft Clarity. For advertising measurement we may share event data (such as page views and bookings) with these platforms, including hashed identifiers such as email or phone number sent directly from our servers (server-side tracking). These platforms process data under their own policies; you can object to this processing by contacting us.

We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, account management, and legal/accounting requirements.
