Our standards
How we keep you safe
Equipment inspections
We conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inspections aligned with manufacturer specifications. Every year we complete a full health and safety audit.
Trained staff on every floor
Our team is trained in safety protocols, CPR, and first aid. Staff actively monitor all zones, guide participants, and enforce rules.
Hazard management
Comprehensive risk assessments for all areas. We have structured protocols for hazard identification, accident reporting, and incident follow-up.
Age-appropriate zones
Activities are separated into zones based on age and ability. Toddler areas have strict capacity limits and enhanced safety features.
