What parents need to know
Are tickets cheaper online?
Yes. Online sessions are 10% cheaper than at-the-door pricing, and your slot is locked in before you arrive. We strongly recommend booking online to avoid sold-out sessions on weekends and school holidays.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. After booking you'll get a confirmation email with a QR code. Just show it on your phone at the venue. We also keep a record of your booking so you can check in by name.
What time should we arrive?
Arrive 15 minutes before your session so you have time to change, sign the safety waiver if you haven't yet, and store your shoes. Sessions start on time, so late arrivals get less play time.
Do we need grip socks?
Yes. Trampo grip socks are required on all trampoline activities. They're available at the venue for AED 5 and reusable on every future visit.
What ages are tickets for?
Jump sessions are for ages 3+ and 105 cm minimum height. Wall climbing at Dubai Mall requires 110 cm+. Soft play at Palm Jumeirah Mall is for 0–8 years. Toddlers under 105 cm can use the dedicated toddler zone at Palm Jumeirah Mall.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your session. Send us a WhatsApp with your booking reference and we'll handle the rest.
Do parents need a ticket?
Parents who are supervising (not jumping or using activities) enter free. A ticket is only needed if the parent wants to participate.
