What makes it different
The trampoline court is the heart of every Trampo venue. It is not a single bounce pad but a connected layout of 16 distinct zones that keep you moving for the full session. The foam pit lets you practice flips with soft landings. The basketball hoops sit on spring-loaded trampolines so anyone can dunk. The dodgeball courts are fully padded with soft balls provided. The obstacle racecourse runs the length of the arena with balance beams, angled trampolines, and timed runs. And the airbag launch zone lets you freefall from a platform onto a giant inflated cushion. Staff are on the floor at all times, and each zone has clear age and height markers so everyone can move freely between areas that suit them.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Children aged 4+ who meet the 105 cm height minimum can use designated zones. Younger jumpers have softer, lower-bounce areas separated from older kids. An adult must supervise children under 6 at all times.
You can walk in, but online booking guarantees your time slot and often includes a discount. Weekends and school holidays fill up fast, so booking ahead is recommended.
Absolutely. The trampoline court is open to all ages. Adults need grip socks and a signed waiver just like younger jumpers. Many parents jump alongside their kids.
Trampo grip socks have rubber pads on the sole for traction on the trampoline surface. They cost AED 5 and are required for all jumpers. You can reuse them on future visits.
All three venues have full trampoline courts with the 16-zone layout. The Dubai Mall venue is our largest overall space.
Sessions are typically 1 or 2 hours depending on the ticket you book. You can jump across all 16 zones during your session.
