Trampo

Trampo (formerly Trampo Extreme) operates three venues across the UAE, each with a different activity mix. This is one of the few parks where you can pick a location and package that matches your specific group rather than getting a one-size-fits-all session.

Dubai Mall offers trampolines and wall climbing. The Jump + Climb package (AED 100/hour) works well for school-age kids who want more than just bouncing. Wall climbing is exclusive to this location, with multiple routes and safety harnesses. Minimum height for climbing is 110 cm.

Nakheel Mall (Palm Jumeirah) has the widest activity range of any Trampo venue: trampolines, soft play, battle beam, BigAirBag, Valo Jump (interactive trampoline gaming), sweeper, interactive wall, arcade, and foam pit. The soft play area caters to kids as young as 6 months, making this the best option if you have a mixed-age group with toddlers and older children. Prices start at AED 30/hour for Mini Play (under 2 years) and go up to AED 120/hour for the Jump + Play combo.

Bounce

Bounce is the most established trampoline brand in the UAE and the first to open in Dubai. The Al Quoz flagship is a large standalone facility with free jump zones, slam dunk hoops, dodgeball, an X-Park ninja warrior course, climbing wall, and a foam pit.

General entry starts at AED 85/hour (110 cm+), with premium access including X-Park at AED 105/hour. Junior entry for under-110 cm kids is AED 75/hour. The newer Bounce X at Festival City Mall spans 5,000 square metres across two levels and starts from AED 70-80/hour.

Bounce is a solid choice for older kids, teens, and adults who want a serious jumping session. The X-Park ninja course is genuinely challenging. The main drawback is location: Al Quoz requires a dedicated trip, and Festival City is further east than most families prefer. There is no dedicated soft play or toddler zone at the Al Quoz location.

Jump Boxx

Jump Boxx is one of the most affordable trampoline parks in Dubai at AED 69 per hour. It has 120+ interconnected trampolines, dodgeball courts, slam dunk hoops, a foam pit, and a dedicated soft play area for kids under 5.

The weekend family deal (AED 199 for up to 4 people) makes it a strong budget option. Parent/guardian entry is AED 19, redeemable at the on-site cafe. One thing to note: grip socks cost AED 13 here, more than double what most other parks charge.

Location-wise, Mirdif is convenient if you live on that side of Dubai but a long drive from Marina, JBR, or Downtown.

Gravity (Magic Planet, Mall of the Emirates)

The downside is size. This is a smaller park compared to standalone facilities, and the activity variety is limited. It works well for a quick session but might not hold attention for a full birthday party or extended visit.

Sky Zone

Sky Zone sits inside Ibn Battuta Mall on the far western end of Sheikh Zayed Road. It has 15+ attractions including freestyle jump, SkySlam basketball, dodgeball, a warrior course, zipline, and a toddler zone.

At approximately 3,066 square metres, it is one of the larger parks in Dubai. Sky Zone also runs "Glow" sessions that transform the park into a neon jumping dance club, which is popular with teens.

The pricing is competitive but can be confusing. Published rates on deal platforms start from AED 30 for children and AED 55 for adults, but walk-in prices may differ. The location is also far from central Dubai, so factor in travel time if you are coming from Downtown, Marina, or Jumeirah.

Air Maniax

Locations: Al Quoz | Arabian Centre

Air Maniax is worth mentioning but it is not a trampoline park. It is the largest indoor inflatable park in the UAE, with giant inflatable obstacle courses, a warrior assault course, laser frenzy, a multi-sport arena, and a zipline. Think bouncy castles at scale rather than trampolines.
